This location needs some updating. Food particles around the mattress in the kids room. Waterpark was not well maintained and the hot tub not working well. The floors were slimy and my granddaughter slipped. It seemed soapy feeling. Staff were all very kind. The extra amenities were very costly. I had an additional 20 dollar charge separate from the 20 dollar parking fee. Nobody can give me an explanation and I have been told to call several different numbers but now they say Hotels.com needs to be contacted but the charges were made by GWL. I won’t rebook at this location.
