We ended up not staying and asking for a refund that we have not received yet. We were supposed to stay in a non smoking room, but when we enter the room the smell of cigarettes and weed was very bad. Then we asked the Front Desk agent if she had any other option and she said there were no more rooms. She was overwhelmed and it seemed she was the only person managing the place when we arrived. The elevator was broken as well. Just a very disappointing experience!

Was surprised by excellent ratings of this hotel. The elevator didn’t work and during check in we had to walk the stairs to 4 th floor with the luggage and than back next day during check out. The fridge was not clean by housekeeping and was very dirty with some soda spilled all over. The sheets on one bed had some pieces of dirt at lower side and gave us the impression that it wasn’t changed to clean ones. The hotel itself is located by the gas station with the truck stop and a highway being very close. I am a light sleeper and could not sleep all night because of all noise from highway and trucks going in and out until late night after 12am and early morning starting around 5a.m. So if I ever

Got there at approximately 10:15pm. Was asked if I could do stairs? Why? The elevator wasn’t working. No ground floor rooms available. I’m given a room on the 4th floor and have to carry two suitcases. Did I mention I’m 72? Staff person says 1) I could look for another hotel and 2) If I had gotten there before 10:00pm there would have been someone to help carry my bags. The hot tub was not working which was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. They do not have enough parking-I had to park at the adjacent gas station. Did I mention it was cold, dark and raining? Cannot imagine a set of circumstances under which I would stay here again.

The room was extremely clean and the breakfast was comparable to most hotels. I asked if they had any hot sauce and the staff brought some of their personal supply. Only complaint was the refrigerator in the room did cool well, but the ice machine solved that problem.

The hot tub was out of order. One of our lights was broken. The room smelled like pot and there were roaches crawling on the walls and in the lights. Check in people were friendly, but we did not stay. It wasn’t one or two roaches it was 15-20 over the 45 minutes we were there. How an 8.8 rating has that bad of a roach infestation I’m still trying to understand.
