Todos quartos tem uma janela e não possui tela de proteção com meu filho de 1 ano que já está andando não senti confiança, camas são duas de solteiras unidas, estacionamento ao lado do hotel não pertence ao hotel, a taxa de 20 Reais está correta, no segundo dia o chuveiro não esquentava tivemos que trocar de quarto, esse esquentou e com o vapor do local revelou desenhos no espelho então em relação a questão da limpeza fica a desejar, fiação exposta, equipe da recepção a maioria não são simpáticos, café da manhã bom, região não é boa para sair à noite caminhando a rua atrás é um pouco preocupante. Tive que trocar de quarto 3 vezes, o primeiro muito mal cuidado, cortinas caindo em péssimo estado e sem frigobar, o segundo, quando fui me instalar havia lixo sem retirar no recipiente do banheiro, e o terceiro, que apresentava um pouco menos de desleixo, at condicionado não funcionava! Parece que o hotel está sem dono, sem administração! A única coisa razoável foi o café da manhã! Ano passado me hospedei lá na mesma data e saí com um melhor conceito, por isso retornei. Mas agora foi uma péssimo experiência! Quase 1h da manhã, e eu tendo que recolher meus pertences para trocar de quarto, depois de muito perrengue na portaria! Fiquei incrédulo com o que aconteceu comigo!

Hotel antigo, e me refiro ao estado de conservação das acomodações, visto que não só poderia tanto quanto deveria realizar manutenção prediais, reformas e melhorias. Quarto com cheiro de mofo, lençóis manchados, ar condicionado antigo (barulhento). Banheiro, além do banho ter uma sinfonia (parece estar espremendo um gato), o box nada limpo, gesso caindo, exaustão barulhenta. Fora ter porta interna entre os quartos, causando um problema de som. A equipe em si é boa, porém falta estrutura. Por último não menos importante, não tem garagem, o que tem é um estacionamento particular ao lado do hotel e acaba tendo um desconto, então fica a ressalva que o hotel não proporciona este item.
