Even though there was a ton of people at the property, our room in the suites building was quiet. We had a great view, a wonderful room, and a great time.

The resort is spread across multiple buildings and multiple parking lots. Our building and parking lot were further away from the registration office. The parking lot and breakfast area did require walking a small distance. The hotel was clean, but not as pictured on the website. It had the vibe of a motel.

Hello I stayed at the Dayton house for my birthday.The check in went smoothly. The lady at the front was nice. She let me know where the breakfast was being served. She also discussed the amenities as well. Everyone on the property were very friendly. The room which had a balcony was nice. The breakfast was awesome! It was a buffet breakfast that included freshly made grits, biscuits, eggs, waffles and fruit. I will definitely stay there again.

Overall it was fairly run down. Staff was very pleasant from front desk to breakfast, friendly and helpful. But old fraying carpeting in hallways, rooms. Beds were clean and mattress and pillows were comfortable and nice, but general condition of buildings, hallways and flooring weren’t great. I wouldn’t go barefoot. Breakfast was standard for low-end included hotel breakfast -edible.

Our stay was okay, property needs some updates in rooms and bathrooms, cheaper for a reason, breakfast was nice but you do have to walk 2 different streets up to go to breakfast (no biggie) however not easy accessible, the staff at restaurant were a tad rude. Allot of construction next door so accessing the lazy river youll have to walk on the road or beach access walk through construction. It has dirty hallways and rooms, but it was decent for spending the night . Bar is nice down by one of the pools.
