Parking has gone up to £6 a day now, Breakfast is great apart from their coffee machine which is terrible, it didn't use to be like that a few years back, they must have changed it. Beds are comfortable, pool and sauna is nice but their steam room hardly has any steam, it needs an upgrade. Staff are nice, hotel is quiet which I prefer.

The staff had so very kindly surprised us with a birthday banner and balloons which absolutely made his day and added that special touch. We found all the staff from reception, restaurant, cleaners to be lovely, so friendly and great customer service. We will be staying again.
