Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The hotel is located in a very quiet area. The cleanliness and service/staff are excellent. The hotel has a shuttle service that takes you to the train station. Unfortunately, it only runs until the afternoon. The connection to Kyoto is okay. The natural surroundings of the hotel are beautiful, and you can be in the forest in a few minutes. This hotel is perfect for people who want to get away from the big cities.

設備や環境、生活面に関しても申し分ありませんでした。ただひとつ。チェックインが遅かったのですが客室に入ってからシャワーを浴びて上がった頃に玄関のドアを高齢の男性らしき声の方にドンドンドンドンと叩かれて何か言われました。なにかがわからないと言われ、友人の子供は少し怖がってしまったため、私はフロントに対応いただけないか連絡しました。 おそらく無事に対応されたんでは無いかと思うのですが、その後のひとことをご連絡いただければ私達も安心出来たのですが、なにもないため外に出るのも怖く、結局そのまま休むことにしました。ロビーも綺麗だったのでちょっと降りようかと思ってたのですがもし不審者だったとしたら怖いなと思ってしまいました。

今どきのつくり、使い勝手もよく無駄なものがなく、動線も良い。シャワーしかないのが残念だがそれもはじめから分かっていたことなので、まぁいいか…といった感じ。食事するところが館内にないので途中で買い物をしてきた、それらを冷蔵庫に入れたが小さすぎてすぐにいっぱいになりました。冷蔵庫を大きくして欲しかった。 窓ガラスはペアガラスで静か。なので隣や上下の多少の物音は静かすぎて聞こえてしまう、廊下を走る子供の声も聞こえる。中扉があるのでそれを閉めることで廊下の声は緩和される。
