Everything was great. The room was super clean and smells amazing. The waterpark was very entertaining for the children. Restaurant are local and less than 5 mins away. The staff was friendly and check in was smooth and quick. Check out went smooth as well. It was completed on my phone. Loved it!!!

The room was clean but the property was a little run down. At initial check-in I was greeted with some pretty sharp rudeness when asking questions about why I wasn’t able to check in 1 hour early as I was told I could do so over the phone. Then I was also told that rooms wouldn’t even be ready by 4 pm with no particular reason given. This happened with several people. Then little things in the room didn’t work; which did get fixed. But the beds were terrible and no mattress protectors or even anything to keep the springs from hitting your back so harshly. Maybe it was just my room, but it was awful. It’s an ok resort but there are some amazing places in the area, and I’m certain that if you’re looking for comfort, a bit of relaxation, nice beds. Lots of room to spread out and potentially a bit of feeling amazing that you, like me, won’t mind spending the extra cash at another property. Strictly for kids? This is a B + then.

First time trying this hotel out. With all the positive reviews, we thought it was going to be a great place. We ended up finding cockroaches on the walls of the bedroom we were in on the first night, as well as the bathroom sink. The staff were great and handled the situation well. We did decide to leave that night.

While the one bunk bed was on the floor the kid's loved having them. Calling it an indoor "water park" was a bit of a stretch but the kids enjoyed their time. Only thing i would change is the slides outdoor opened later with the pool and lazy river.

Outdoor pool was a tad cold for my liking(time of year which is understandable) but my kids and grandbaby enjoyed every minute of our time there. Indoor pool was great and obviously crowed. Room was clean and roomy. Air worked great! Loved the view! My only 2 complaints would be: 1. The bathroom had no lock on it. It is embarrassing to walk in on each other. 2. We were told we could stay to enjoy the pools and amenities after checking out. Outdoor pool was a little too cold and we decided to go to the indoor pool about mid-day and we wanted to play air hockey but our braclets no longer worked to enter the door to the pool. That was a little disappointing. I guess we could have walked all the way around to the lobby to get in but decided to go ahead and leave. Still overall we had a great time.

The resort was very nice. Room was large and had great space. Pool areas were nice. The pools lacked towels, but several people had a lot of towels like 10 plus just sitting on their tables. Check in and out options were awesome. Staff was friendly.
