I stayed here for the last two nights of my Morocco trip, and overall it was a very comfortable experience. The room was spacious with nice amenities, and the staff were cooperative and responsive. Initially, I was given a twin room despite booking a king bed, but after I informed the reception, they immediately changed it. The hotel also has its own parking, which is a big plus. I also made a booking mistake, the manager helped me cancel that and rebook correctly for the same day. That level of support really stood out. The only minor issue was that the shower drain got clogged, although housekeeping mentioned it was a mechanical issue and would be fixed. Overall, a very pleasant stay with helpful staff and good service.
