I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I stayed from April 10th to April 14th, and the room conditions were unacceptable. There were cockroaches in the room, the air conditioning unit was extremely loud, and the sound insulation was very poor. It was easy to hear noise from outside and neighboring rooms, making it difficult to rest. After checkout, I forgot my Apple charger (adapter and cable) in the room. I returned to the hotel the same day and again the following day seeking assistance, but instead of helping, I was directed to an online lost and found system (Report ID: 45246624). Since then, I have only received automated responses. No one from the hotel has contacted me or made any effort to assist. I also tried calling the hotel multiple times and sent messages through the booking platform, but no one responded. It is extremely frustrating that even after going back to the hotel in person twice, I was given no real support and was redirected to a system that does not work. This reflects a serious lack of customer service, communication, and consideration. Based on this experience, I will never stay at this hotel again and cannot recommend it to anyone. Very disappointing.

The staff were very nice and the main areas were clean. Our room could have been cleaner as there was dust on the furnishings and under the desk. The refrigerator would tilt when opened.

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times and have always loved it, but not this time. To not have basic necessities in the room, like cream and sugar at the coffee pot, or bath soap in the dispenser is unacceptable at $200 a night. They charge for parking and breakfast, now, even though we were able to find free parking on the street. We’d love to continue staying there, because of the location. I hope things get better.

The hotel was conveniently located near the Hot Springs. It was just a quick walk to Bathhouse Row. The room had a nice view of the hills and was a nice size. Two small complaints: the shampoo/conditioner/soap dispensers only dispensed a small amount of soap leaving a female with longer hair very frustrated as a tiny dollap of shampoo is not enough. Also, our room was cleaned, but there was still crumbs on the floor. They also charge $15 for breakfast. No thank you.

The night I arrived the hotel was without power so they put me up in another hotel which was totally understandable. The next afternoon after multiple attempts to find out if they were open I drove by and was told they were back up and running. This wasn't exactly true and there was no hot water and all of the tvs were not working. For two days i had none to very little warm water and the tv was never fixed. Also had an elevator stop while we were aboard and suddenly say this elevator is out of order. When the doors finally opened we exited but the elevator was not operational for the rest of my stay. It is a beautiful hotel but needs upgraded soap and shampoo dispensers and definitely better communication.

The only thing about this hotel is the proximity to downtown. The breakfast was terrible, the staff unfriendly, and the rooms were not clean (hairs in shower, a dirty towel, etc). For a holiday weekend, it was a ghost town and now I understand why!

The room was clean but we and an end room with a weird barn type door type to the bathroom that was hard to open and close and poor lighting in the room. Last year the breakfast was included and this year it cost $15 per person plus $10 for parking. We had to find out later that there was free parking on the street and the lot next door. The much appreciated ride to the track and back was still available and walking distance to town was also a plus.

The hotel offers breakfast for $15.00 per person. We didn't eat there, so I can't say if they had a good selection of food. We got a free voucher for a drink at their bar. The location is great!! There are several restaurants and stores within walking distance. Overall, it was a great choice to stay in Hot Springs.

Where shall I begin? I normally do not make reviews, however our experience prompted one. There were 3 elevators, 2 of which did not work, and the Derby and other events were going on in town. One time, we tried to take the stairs to the ground floor to avoid the wait, only to find out it was a fire exit only. They have the soap dispensers on the wall (no bars of soap), which were empty in the shower. This should have been an item checked by the cleaning crew. The shower's water pressure was not the best, and the shower could have used a cleaning. No vent in bathroom. The hotel did not have a fitness center. Breakfast cost $15 (we did not try it). Parking options by yourself were down the street or went through a third-party to pay in another lot. We chose valet, $20 a day. The valets were probably the highlight of the stay, as they were always courteous and timely. Bring cash to tip these gentlemen (as you should), because you can't add it to your bill. During checkout, we were told we could not get a receipt because it went through a third-party, which I have never experienced before in traveling for 20-plus years. This seemed a bit sketchy. The hotel is within walking distance of bathhouse row and other attractions, so there is that. We had a room on a corner or edge, so other rooms may differ in layout. In ours, you could hear the elevator all night. Do your research on other hotels close by before selecting one.
