The staff were amazing, we had some issues with the first and second rooms. The first room the shower glass fell out and the air conditioner was not working well. The staff were very helpful in moving us to a second room which was better. We had big issues with the dryer, it sounded like a bearing had gone, the staff again were very helpful and dried our clothes in the hotel dryers for us. The outdoor area of our room was not clean and had no plants in the garden bed. The rooms need a refresh, brighter fully functioning curtains, replace bathroom mirrors, more cutlery. The baths are small and narrow and would be better if they were set lower making it easier and safer to get in and out of. The common areas are it great condition and this needs to flow through to the rooms. We make these comments as we value our stays at Mantra and hope they are received with the intent they are made. The Mantra Southbank Brisbane is an amazing location and the staff are so helpful and professional.
