Property is 10/10. Absolutely gorgeous location. However, service was not up to par with other resorts of this caliber. Some staff were excellent and others were not - very mixed bag. Also, resort is not very kid friendly despite being categorized as a family friendly resort. Food is also limited so highly recommend renting a car to explore other parts of island (and restaurants). Would also be nice if room pools were heated. Main pool was heated but impossible to get a chair. Good vacation, but won’t be back.
