The staff was very friendly and helpful although it didn’t start off great because they tried to charge me extra and had to change my rm cos the rooms were dirty and in much need of a up grade, but the overall resort itself is beautiful. The ocean view from was absolutely stunning. Food was great drinks was on point so I would say besides that little hiccup things were wonderful.

Staff was great. The rooms are so dirty. It does not look like the pictures at all! At the last day we found MOLD on all over the mattress that we were sleeping on. I do not recommend at all.

We tried to make the best of our stay, and while there were some genuinely fun moments, we left feeling slightly disappointed. The beach and activities were the highlight, but service inconsistencies, room issues, and the membership experience really took away from the vacation. We can see why this is considered a 3-star resort.

Unfortunately the food wasn’t the greatest. Food was cold even at the buffet. Service was ok housekeeping was slow. We called the front desk and didn’t get the service requested until about 4-5 hours later. The view was beautiful lots of beach chairs.

The staff was very nice! The resort was about half full and many of the activities were still not available or only open for a couple of hours. You have to get to guest services or the watersport center first thing each morning to schedule restaurants or an activity. The excursions were rescheduled or cancelled multiple times. If you want to swim with the pigs or most other excursions don't book with the resort which requires a 45 minute ride to pigs, just walk down the beach to the right to Cleveland's 5 minute walk better experience and prices. The nightly shows were fun. Water in shower is barely warm and had to keep asking for towels or wash clothes as they never left any after cleaning room. If you just want the beach, pool, buffet, bar, and nice staff then this is good for that.

First, I would like to say the staff was wonderful. Entertainment staff worked VERY hard--shout-out to Theo, those on Trapeze, teaching yoga, dance, etc. Another shout out to Kayshala who worked at customer service. She worked really hard to help us on multiple occasions. The bartenders were great, most of the restaurant staff great and everyone very friendly. Now, I would give the food a zero star rating. It was boring and the same every single day. No flavor, no spices, just boring. For vegetarians, there were really few choices (I eat fish so that helped) I found one of chefs very rude as well as his sous chef and the restaruant manager on duty that day. This is a old resort that is in need of a complete remolding. But the beach was wonderful and the ocean beautiful.

This property is old and dirty. Nothing is kept in good repair. The service is mediocre at best, the food was sad and repetitive. We had to get new card keys everyday because they would quit working. This is the worst resort we have ever stayed at. Never coming back to this resort.
