Staff was very nice, room was spacious but dated, bathroom needs updating (caulk along tub moldy, old flooring, etc.), TV did not work the entire 3 night stay, and maintenance never came to fix even though it was reported to the front desk multiple times. When we checked in, they’ll let us know. There was no swimming pool swimming pool and broke down for over a year no workout room no hot breakfast. The room had holes all in the walls. Carpets were very stained and dirty. A lot of of the staff’s family members were loitering in the common areas and in the breakfast areas, so there was no place to sit, but on the positive side there were no cockroaches no bedbugs

As we were from Canada, we rely on the pictures that are shown of the hotel and its amenities when we arrived at the hotel. It was nothing like the pictures. The picture show a very nice and clean hotel and this hotel was disgusting stains on the roof, we found blood on our bathtub. Carpets were torn. Walls were dented and marked up elevator. All scuff marks all over the elevator. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever come across I would not stay in that hotel and if I werebooking.com as who I got the hotel through, I would drop this hotel until they pull up their standards.

The check in process was excellent and quick. The place looks nice on the outside, the halls to the rooms do show signs of repairs/upgrades. The room was nice roomy, i had a king bed with the jacuzzi tub. The jacuzzi part sounded like it was struggling and barely did anything, it was a good size that as a 6'1 person i fit. However, the cleanliness of the room was subpar. The shower had previous occupants toiletries, underwear hanging on the shower curtain, dirty towel and shirt hanging on the shower door. For a quick budget and for a single stay it isn't bad, but i will probably not be returning because of the clothes not removed.
