We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel! The pictures dont match the room we stayed in so I'm not sure what rooms they are showing there. But it's laminate floors, freshly painted walls, clean comfortable beds, full size fridge, large TV with Roku. The bathroom is dated but clean, hot water, and good pressure. The staff were so helpful and very nice. There was a dog off leash one morning and the little dog did try to run up and tried to bite but the owner was quick to get their dog. Parking was a little limited due to all the snow. Overall we would definitely stay again!

The room was not clean. The bathroom was gross. They had someone come and clean it, but it was still gross. Toilet and shower were not clean at all. We didn't use the shower as we were too grossed out. There was mold under the sink in the cabinet. The sink was plugged and was leaking. Floors had not been swept. Furniture was dusty. It the middle of the night, the cover on the heater fell off. We weren't even offered a discount. They should have comped the room. Will never stay there again. Would not recommend this motel to anyone.

The owner lady moves me to the main building and closer to the office since I travel alone. I appreciate it because I am a woman traveling alone and she makes me feel safer when she does that! I always have a good experience staying at Stay Inn

The room rate makes this a low budget hotel. However I was amazed at how clean and kept up the property was. No lame maintenance issues, room was tidy and well done. No noisy or sketchy hallway noise. My room had a full sized refrigerator.

I have stayed at this location many times, it is a decent location. It is a decent property. The rooms are always clean, and the staff is friendly. The reason I didn’t give five stars is because there was no hot water in the morning and was unable to shower.. Apparently, the hot water tanks were replaced or something, but I booked the room last minute and they should not have taken the booking if they knew that there was some problems. I will still return to this property as it is a good location The parking is easy And the price is reasonable

because of safety reasons - blizzards we needed to get home and cancel - could not get a hold of anyone at the hotel and even hotels.com could not get a hold of anyone thru phone nor email - very disappointed and fo r you to send a review on something i did not check in on is ridiculous - I will be posting my terrible experience on line

Staff was great. The only things that I found was no coffee in the room and when coming into the building the snow melted on my boots. I tracked snow and water down the hall and into the room. I didn't realize it until I took my boots off and walked in the water I tracked in. My socks got really wet. Need something to catch the water when coming in building.

The staff was great! We would have liked another chair in our room for watching tv at night. The low price was good. There was lots of snow and no rug by the entrance doors. A rug would have captured some of the snow that was in the parking lot as you entered. Would stay there again.
