Room was clean and well maintained. Staff was excellent. They help without hesitation when we had a problem. The gym looks new with up to date equipment. Beach access is across the street. We had a very small balcony no one could stand comfortably nor was there any room for a chair to for on it, my housekeeper walked in or room while my husband wedd half naked and there was a DND on the door and walked in twice. So this will definitely be my last time staying at this property.

We were skeptical at first due to the star rating, but we were only coming to Hilton Head for one night for a 5K. We ended up being pleasantly surprised. The staff were very polite and professional. The room was nice and clean. We had a very restful night, mattress was quite comfortable surprisingly. And the welcome bag of complimentary water and cookies were a very nice touch!
