Do not live here. It’s terrible. I booked this hotel when I had my trip to New York.there was stains that from people left on the bed and pillows.disgusting. They nerver cleaned properly when customer left . Do not stay here. Or you are gona regret staying this place

Clean room but Ash burned through sheets , smelled like cigarettes… the shower head broke off and the repair Guy told me he was off shift so he doesn’t know what to tell us, came upstairs and attempted to fix jt but then told us he couldn’t and ran out of our room. I also booked for a coty view room , which means not on the 1st floor. Besides that nice stay … will be attempting to stay COMFORTABLY again.

This was the worst “hotel” i have ever stayed at. Us 3 girls booked a trip to NY for the first time, we arrived at 10pm to find the property is in an unsafe area so that was red flag #1. We checked in and our room was in a basement, red flag #2! we get down into the basement and the room door was open and propped open with a shampoo bottle with no cleaning lady in sight red flag #3. We slept there because it was late but it was disgusting and we couldn’t even shower because the water never got hot, red flag #4! we checked out the very next day & they refused to give us our money back. the staff gave us the run around & kept saying the manager was unavailable. i don’t even know how this property is up and running. they also have a sign displayed in front that you can book rooms by the hour, red flag #5. i cannot say 1 good thing about this place.

Terribile. Gravi problematiche a livello di sicurezza. Appena giunti, alle ore 23 circa, vi era una donna, probabilmente senza tetto, intenta a consumare sostanze stupefacenti nella hall, accanto il bancone della reception. Struttura maleodorante. Tutta la moquette, anche le aree comuni, odoravano di urina. Camera in condizioni pietose, lenzuola sporche, camera sporca e danneggiata in molte componenti. Abbiamo chiesto di sostituire le lenzuola, ma ciò che vi era sotto, era ancora più sporco. L'impiegato alla reception ci diceva che non vi erano altre camere disponibili, e dopo essersi accertato personalmente che le lenzuola fossero sporche, procedeva alla sostituzione, facendoci consegnare le lenzuola, per farcele cambiare a noi stessi. Mi auguro una struttura come questa venga rimossa dalla piattaforma. Il prezzo più basso della media può essere giustificato per la posizione scomoda, e lontana dal centro e dalla metro, e non molto sicura la sera. Ma non può giustificare una struttura in queste condizioni pietose, da non poter essere neanche considerata tale. Tutta la notte, si sentivano rumori di persone che consumavano rapporti, essendo anch eun hotel a ore. La mattina dopo siamo andati via, lasciando anticipatamente l'hotel, e senza ricevere alcun rimborso. Ad ora, nessuna assistenza neanche da hotels.com, dopo aver inviato numerose segnalazioni hanno inoltrato un solo buono di 90€ a fronte degli oltre 500 spesi.

Very noisy occupants. My room was directly facing the elevator. At 10 PM, someone was shouting outside in the corridor asking his wife/partner to open the door. The fire alarms were constantly on without any warning or instructions on what to do. Water flow in my fourth floor room was with very low pressure. Very frustrating while using the sink or bathtub. Shower curtain rod was in a bad shape, ready to break anytime. The only good thing about this place is that it's quite inexpensive and close to where I need to go. If you a single, and if you have specific work around NYU or Navy Yard in Brooklyn, this might be a good place to stay for 1 or 2 nights. A lot of restaurants closeby, including on Myrtle Street. I do not recommend this place for families.

It was right next to a busier road, so it is loud during the day. It wasn't too bad at night, but people who have issues sleeping might have trouble. The towels were cleaned (I think) but there were hair strands stuck in the fabric of the towels. That was kinda gross for me. The bed was okay. The couch was in rough condition and was dirty.

I've stayed at the Casablanca a few times and have been completely satisfied every time. The rooms are clean and spacious, with very comfy beds, and they include a mini refrigerator, smart TV, and an ac/heat wall unit. The hotel also offers free wifi, and short stays. There is a bus stop right outside the entrance, a deli and liquor store next door, and plenty of other places to eat nearby. The pricing is affordable as well. Highly recommended!

This isn’t really a hotel, and shouldn’t be listed on your site. It rents room by the hours and I think it’s also a homeless shelter. I walked in and walked right out.

my stay at this hotel was extremely horrible first of all the sheets and towels had stains on them. and when I tried to adjust the heat it just blew cold air not even cold just this weird feeling. the whole room was extremely cold the whole entire night and when I had to wake up to go to work to shower, the water was extremely cold but the sink water had hot water which is ironic. the floors were really dirty and it smelled weird in there. I only stayed there because I knew that the other rooms were'nt going to be better. this is a very crappy hotel. I don't think you guys should call it a hotel you should call it a motel
