The breakfast was not hot or in the breakfast room. It was cold muffins no coffee and oranges. Very disappointed as pictures were eggs, sausage, bacon, juice etc.. hotel also charge me for the full hotel fee even though it was prepaid. Causing an interrupted trip to resolve the billing. Expected better. Hotel clean, bed comfy, air quality in room exceptional and great water pressure.

I pre-paid for our stay through Hotels.com. I have been charged directly from the Hotel itself, 2 times. I am still going back and forth trying to our money back for which never should have been charged. Very disappointed and will not stay at there again. Such a hassle!

Our stay was Easter weekend. Front Desk was helpful, efficient, and friendly. Waterpark was the reason for this stay. Have stayed at this facility a couple of times previously. Included breakfast was O.K. Door to Riverwalk was locked for re-entry at 9:30 AM on the day of checkout. Stopped at Tony Roma's twice during our visit. Orders from the bar were very, very slow.

For the price we paid (under $100), the room was clean, comfortable, and better than expected. We were on a family road trip, so we only stopped for 9 hours to stretch our legs and get some sleep. The staff when we checked in was friendly. The mini fridge and microwave were great (we emptied our cooler for the night). The view from our window was beautiful. The only down side was we all found the pillows uncomfortable. We enjoyed watching a little TV before heading back out on the road.

Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Both my son in law, and I almost slipped in the tub while showering. Granddaughter fell in tub. They need to install some sort of anti slip surface in the tubs.Our room was very dusty as well as behind the microwave and night stand. The water park needs painting and repair. The baby pool slide had a large chipped landing which can easily cut your feet if not careful. Its a very rough landing. Price was good, but you get what you pay for I assume.

Chipped wall paint, blood stains on the pillow case, stained office chair, half of the arcade games were out of order, missing shower curtain, no hot water for the shower, not enough room to sit for breakfast.

Entertained my toddlers for the weekend away, and overall it was very nice. But, two elevators for the whole hotel was a bit ridiculous…..breakfast seating was limited….lastly we asked for connecting rooms or rooms close to each other since we went in groups & they put us at totally opposite ends.

Room was clean and smelled good. Staff was friendly and had answers to my questions. Did not visit the gym or restaurant. Breakfast was not that great. Very busy no place to sit. Eggs were runny. Not a wide variety of things to chose from. The water park. Is old and outdated. Not enough seating. Pool was was so cold. Waterslide water was also very cold. A lot of flat tubes. Rusty old equipment.
