We knew it was off season, but we didn’t think the hotel would be run down. We were hoping to use the pool and hot tub. We got a notice two days before coming that it would be closed the first two days we were there. However, when we inquired on Monday, we were told it was still closed. The other surprise was the window and door to the balcony in our room are in disrepair. The seals on both are non-existent. Air flows freely through them when they’re closed and the door doesn’t lock. We were on the second floor, but I still felt like the door should lock and I shouldn’t be able to feel air coming through the windows and door. Thank goodness we had mild temps.
