We arrived early on a Wednesday and knew we wouldn’t be able to get into the rooms. No problem. She said she would call us when they were ready. Called my friend but not me. Nothing was said then about the pool. Once we went to get our keys at 4 is when they told us the pool was closed til Sunday. We booked this hotel because of the indoor pool for our kids. Had we known that it was closed I would’ve canceled and booked somewhere else. Room was nice but definitely not super cleaned. We weren’t told that they don’t come and give new towels. So when we got back to our hotel at 9:30 at night I had to walk all the way up to the check-in which is a different building up the street to get new towels. Because you have to take your dirty towels turn them into laundry between the hours of 9 and 3 to get new ones. We weren’t told this at check-in. Laundry is also at the very back of the property. So it was a hike just to get there too. Extremely inconvenient when you have little ones. We probably would not return to this location. You could spend just a little more money and stay at the hotel next-door that had an indoor pool as well as a breakfast buffet option to purchase.

Parking was easy and we could walk to the Smokies from the hotel and found a nice path that went a long way up and even to Rainbow Falls (but that is a long hike!). Easy walk to the main street as well and there was a nice short cut to drive to other parts of town avoiding the stop and go of the main drag.

Pretty outdated decor and the doors to closets were broken but it had all the necessities. Had to wait almost an hour after check in for our room to be ready but front desk staff were as helpful as they could be. Pool was closed for 3 hours one morning of our stay for maintenance which threw off our plans but for the price we paid everything was ok. Not luxury by any means but adequate for our family of 5

Fake AI pictures are used. Property does not look how it’s listed. Property is spilt into two different areas. The village area has been remodeled but you have to travel a half of block to main hotel to get to pool, hot tub and amenities listed. The property with all amenities has not been remodeled but definitely needs to be. Overall highly dissatisfied with the stay due to company posting fake pictures

I was very dissatisfied with my stay as we quickly learned once arriving the property is split up. The pictures shown online when you book are fake AI pictures. If you book for village you will have to walk down to main property about a half a block to access breakfast,pool, or any amenities they have listed. Highly disappointed. The village rooms are remolded but the hotel with amenities are not and definitely should be updated especially if the company is using fake pictures for hotels.com

Check in is at another location and was very confusing. Resort is very outdated and run down. No hot water first night due to boiler issues. Loud jack hammering woke everyone up on first morning from construction work on bottom floor. Beds were pretty comfy. If updated and fixed up, could be a pretty nice location.

I thought I was booking a studio and a great looking property with a pool and hot tub. Instead, when I arrive around 11pm, I am given a map to go to my room. Instead of just saying its next door (with no lighting on the sign) so it took a minute to find it. She tells me the main property is down the road and I will need to go there in the morning for a parking pass. When I arrived to get a parking pass, he tried to sell a time share speil. If I wanted to utilize the amenities, I needed to go down the road. The floors were dirty. The rest of the room seemed ok. The fireplace worked for about 3 minutes. We had a patio but it faced a busy hotel so we did not use it. (Literally it was in the back yard) The walls are thin! When the neighbors were arguing it sounded like they were in our room. When they smoked, we smelt it. When the people upstairs walked around, it sounded like stomping. When cars drove by and the trash man came to emty all of the dumpsters, you heard it. Needless to say, we didn't sleep much. This is not a place that I would book again.

There is definitely some areas that could be improved, but there was also renovations going on while we were there, so i think improvement is already happening. For the price and location, it was well worth it, and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful! We hope to come back next year!

I will absolutely be staying here again! The room was large, clean, and stocked with everything we could possibly need for our stay. We had to use the pull-out couch bed and it was kept clean and they had extra sheets, blankets, and pillows for that bed as well. The kitchen also had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Literally walked right down the street to the main area of Gatlinburg with all the shops and restaurants. This will be my #1 choice when booking a hotel in Gatlinburg again.

The condo was very nice. Loved the patio by the creek. Only couple things that come to mind was the fireplace was not working. None of the maintenance guys were able to get it going. The bathroom sink faucet was a little difficult to turn all the way off. It kept dripping.

The pool pump wasn’t running so the water was stagnant and cloudy and I wouldn’t let my kids get in it. I called to have someone look at it and checked an hour later and still not running. Hot tub had a lot of dirt in it and cloudy water as well.
