We love staying at the Edgewater hotel because it's so close to the strip. The staff are very friendly and polite. This is the second time we have stayed at the Edgewater and our two kids love it because when we need a quick break from the strip we can jump right into the pool (or hot tub)and then go back out and get dinner. The free breakfast is also an added bonus.

Really good breakfast, quiet rooms, great pool and hot tubs, cold air-conditioning lobby smells old and the rooms do too but we opened our balcony door and sprayed air freshener and it made it so much better. Great water pressure and awesome location.

The location on the river was perfect for seeing the mountains & wild life ( including a bear) from the balcony, & also people watching and all the pretty lights on the main drag at night. Just walk across the neighboring parking lot to get to all the restaurants & activities in town. You have to pay for parking under the motel though & it's very tight & low, but it's pretty hard to find any free parking anywhere in town. Over all a nice, would stay again.

Great location! The parking was the worst thing about our stay. The spaces are so narrow, and that’s if you can even find a space. The elevators are also the slowest. Be prepared to wait at least 10 minutes to get on one. Overall, it was an ok place to stay. The location was the best thing.

Breakfast was nice. Room was okay but could definitely use an update. Parking was absolutely awful. The lot is very cramped with small tight spaces. Staff were kind and polite.

Beds were comfortable and the hot tub was welcome after a long day of hiking and walking around the town! Breakfast was really good, probably the best complimentary breakfast we’ve had. Biscuits were soft and the gravy was tasty! We stayed over near the haunted house and could not hear any noise coming from it during our 4 day stay. The location was also great, right behind the strip but walkable to all the major locations.

Great spot , right in the middle of town .
Pool was great for kids .
Only down fall is now you have pay to park at the hotel you already pay for.... 15$ a night . And the parking area was horrible to try n park in.

Breakfast wasn’t very good. We skipped it the 2nd day. Room was ok outside of bathroom. Needs refreshed or something- didn't seem clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Guess I missed the parking fees. They charged $15 a day, which is cheaper than the $20 general parking in the area I guess.

The pool was closed for repairs and no where on the site, did it state that. I booked it for the pool specifically. Also, breakfast was served on all styrofoam. Bad for environment. Had to go all over looking for bottle water. Breakfast states until 10 and they were cleaning up before then.
