Staff didn't really care about welcoming us or the cleanliness of the property. Hallways were not vacuumed. Towels in room were limited. There was an aweful smell in the lobby. Super disappointed!

Room was nothing like what the pictures show!! Yes the online pic shows the overall room but not the bathroom… it was horrible! Mold around drain and stains everywhere and had a horrible sewer smell. The exterior surrounding views and the lake are amazing but room conditions are like a roach motel along a dark highway…

L'endroit était très bien situé et le cadre magnifique. Concernant l'accueil il était catastrophique l hôtesse d'accueil claquait ses ongles de 3 cm de long sur le comptoir, montrant son désintérêt vis à vis de nos questions. L'homme de ménage était plus poli qu'elle. Le restaurant sur place était correct et l'accueil au sympathique.

Knocking off a few stars bc it was evident that they tried to upgrade the room flooring, sink, and shower tiles but it was done poorly which made the room feel unclean (leaking caulk now has hair stuck in it, too shallow of a sink pours water all over the counter, wall art is above the bed so all the rest of the walls are bare, worn furniture and unpainted bottom of door)

This hotel feels very rundown—honestly worse than a Motel 6. The view is great, but unfortunately that’s about the only positive. When I checked in, I was given a room with one king bed despite booking two queens. When I asked to correct it, the staff member didn’t apologize and instead asked, “Do you really need two queens?” I was traveling with my sister, so yes—of course I did. That response felt dismissive and unprofessional. Staff should be better trained to assist guests respectfully. The room itself smelled like old, damp carpet, and the walls were so thin that we could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring room. Overall, we couldn’t wait to leave the property. Stay in Page with better accommodations.

We did Antelope Canyon and stayed at this resort. Very clean amd seemed to have been updated. The location is great, right next to the lake. Most places were closed due to off season in March, but The Driftwood Restaurant/Bar and coffee shop were open. The food was pretty good as far as what was available. Hopefully peak season would have the full menu available. The coffee shop had the milk steamer broken and they couldn't make specialty coffees. We ordred Americano, which was not a very good drip coffee substitution. Disappointed in that. There were not many coffee shops open earlier in town either. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay at this resort.

The only big plus for this resort is the view. It is very outdated so f you are only using it to sleep in that’s fine. No microwave in the rooms but had a mini fridge. Two beautiful pools but they were both ice cold. Staff was very pleasant.
