Everything was very clean, organized and lovely! The breakfast was a great spread! We had an issue with the AC/fan not working for our stay, left a message with the front desk and it was not addressed. Had to purchase a fan at Walmart in order to cool our room down. Pool area was clean and worked well for our young kids. It is on the smaller size. No hot tub was a bummer.

Your company “ AI” phone provider made it impossible to get around it to communicate with an agent ! Your company received $400.++ dollars for no service received.
