The whole place smelled of horrible room spray. The beds were so hard and uncomfortable. We picked this place for the pool and hot tub. I would feel safer swimming in a swamp than the pool it was green and dark looking. There was things floating in the hot tub.

There was urine in the toilet when I check in. Also, some dirty winter gloves and someone's phone charger left on the desk. Was the linens switched out and that it? Breakfast menu was limited- only one item of fresh fruit and that was marginal apples. Rooms air conditioning unit sounded like a jumbo jet whenever it kicked on and ran. Positively, staff were polite. Location was close enough to city centre to make the stay convenient.
