The location and price here are excellent. The service is not. The front desk staff were absent more often than not - I had to wait around for close to an hour and call multiple times before I could check in, and after I got to my room and discovered there was no toilet paper or soap to be found, the front desk employees had vanished. The room also had a strange odor and several areas that clearly had not been cleaned after the last guest. The hotel lobby had numerous messes that hadn't been cleaned up, and had music blasting constantly almost all day (yet the employees were quick to give guests a lecture about making too much noise in their rooms - hypocrisy much?). The front desk staff were rarely available for help, and when they were around constantly cracked dumb, unfunny jokes - "that'll cost you $20!, ha ha ha!" - in response to being asked to fulfill the tiniest of requests. Moreover, when they did decide to be present, they routinely made unsolicited rude comments to guests. Overall I'm still reasonably satisfied - again, the location and price here are incredible - but next time I go on vacation, I'll gladly pay more or get a room further from the ski lifts if it means the place is run with anything resembling professionalism.

It's cheap, but some rooms are in major need of TLC. My room had a broken toilet handle, nails sticking out of the carpet, trash in the corner, a broken lamp, and a shower rod that barely staid up. I did poke my head into new rooms which were much nicer. Hot tub is nice and friendly staff @ front desk.

Great place to stay. Its 1 minute from Keystones River Run parking lot and a 2 minute walk to some great eateries. The rate is extremely competitive, especially for its location. Kyle was extremely helpful and accommodating upon arrival and gave us some great information for getting around town. I will definitely stay here again.

We paid about $220/night and this was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We arrived late and had called ahead to confirm someone would be there. We were told yes. No one was at the front desk. It took about 15 minutes to reach someone to check us in. When he arrived, the desk clerk seemed annoyed that we had bothered him — especially when we had to come back down about the disgusting first room. That first room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. There were literal soiled maxi pads on the walls, beer bottles everywhere, and a filthy bathroom. Thankfully they had another room available or we would’ve been stuck there. The second room was “clean,” but for the price I’d give it 2 stars at best. Beds were shaky and felt like cardboard. No hairdryer, no WiFi info, TV remote only controlled volume, and the TV was plugged into a too-short power strip hanging mid-air. The toilet felt unstable, the bathroom was dingy, the sink is in the main room with almost no counter space, and there was no soap. The kids above us were jumping for hours after 9pm. Keycards disable if placed near your phone — something they don’t tell you. On checkout morning, no one was at the desk. Only positive: location across from Keystone. Severely overpriced. Would not return.

This is not the Grand Hyatt or Sheraton, so don't expect it. But once you realize this, it is an amazing place for the purpose of coming to ski in Keystone. The place and room are clean, beds are comfortable, plenty of parking, and great staff. It is the best bang for your buck in that area. We would definitely stay here again when coming for a ski weekend

Definitely no frills, one of the lamps in our room didn’t work, there was crumbs on the floor, five of the pillowcases had hair on them so I changed them all. When I went downstairs to ask about new pillowcases, no apology or anything just OK. Here’s some new pillowcases. no towels for the hot tub. When I asked for towels I was told I’m busy. I’ll have to get that later. 30 minutes later, still no towels. No apology, just I’m still busy. Two of the three table chairs in our room Had legs broken on them, but not just broken seriously falling off. I did mention this to the front desk. Their response was oh, Ok. No “do not disturb sign”. Our towels in the bathroom had holes in them big enough. I could stick my finger through. It’s just not a well kept place.
