Staff person on duty nice enough, room was so cold on arrival- heat not even turned on. Shower drain so slow, urine on edge of toilet seat, mold on the floor in the bathroom, gross chair in the corner of the room- full of stains, carpet full of stains too. Room smelled so strong of air freshener - almost worse than whatever smell it was trying to cover up. Bed not uncomfortable- slept in my clothes just in case. room definitely could have been cleaner.
