Arrived down a side street to the hotel and welcomed. The room was nice, but stained carpet in the room and down the stairs to the main door. Good morning 6.55am wake up call by a dump truck & excavator directly outside our window. This is obviously major renovations by the hotel right next door and should have been mentioned when booking. Not a good start to our day. Breakfast was included so cant complain too much, but scrambled eggs tasted like they were mixed with potato, the pan for boiling your own eggs was half way, so could not cook properly, the bacon was majority fat. sausages passable, But the rest ham, cheese, ect was good. I mentioned the early building works, as they could have mentioned it and offered another room away from the building works as not busy. But just said its not their faul, but said they would not charge the €10 parking fee which was nice but did not cover the early disturbance making us get up and leave early. Plus did not appreiciate the Not our fault ( explain before when you know they are ongoing works ). Sorry wont be back

Mediocre Hotel - good location

Old hotel that requires an update, plugs didn’t work in the room, and the hallways are like a maze, no parking available and had to mark a mile away. Beds were small and uncomfortable, the bathroom was the only positive as it had actually been updated
