All confirmation emails for our rooms, we had three, stated that the pool was open until 10pm. When we checked in at 8:42pm, we were told the pool for children was only open until 9pm and 10pm for adults only. We had very upset children with us. It was unexpected and not stated in any policy we could find. Also my hotel was booked thru hotels.com and I selected to pay on the day of checkin. I was charged a week prior to our stay with no notification. Within our rooms, we were not provided sheets or pillows for the pullout couch and we’re not offered them at check-in. The hotel was full due to many events going on in the area. We were given one for five people because they were limiting them for the guests. Very unprofessional and under prepared.

I stayed here with my daughter and her two friends for one night. The woman at the front desk was soooo sweet and sooo patient with me. I left my keys to my room twice so I had to have her make me two keys. She was patient and kind. She even let my girls swim 45 minutes past the pool being closed. Overall, I was very appreciative of her generosity. The room was very cute! I wish the TVs were a bit bigger. It was hard to watch them at night. The room I was in had a pull out couch with no pillows or blankets or sheets so we had to go ask for some. There was ability to hang a towel on the towel rack on the back of the door because it had a screw hanging out and the other one was barely holding it to the door. It was very loose. Another thing is that there wasn’t really any trash cans. There was one through the whole room. It was a bigger room made for multiple people so it definitely needs one more added in to help with cleanliness. Overall I enjoyed my stay! I would come back for sure

The pool ladder was broken and left significant bruising on my wife’s legs when she tried to use it. Mold on all the windows in the room. Mold on the bathroom sink. Dirt and stains on the walls and baseboards. The halls reeked of pot the whole time. Disgusting hotel, I would leave zero stars if I could

The hotel wasn't very clean. Our shower especially looked as if it hadnt been cleaned prior to our stay. It had other peoples hair stuck to the walls and the tub. The pool was very cloudy and super cold. And there were pieces of chlorine tablets scattered in and around the pool. Dangerous for little kids! The waffle batter dispenser was also not working.
