Would give the hotel a 5 - location was good, staff was great, rooms were very nice. BUT... our 1st room was a king suite & there was no hot water. They switched us to a king room, and while the water was better, it was still not super hot and took forever to warm up. We asked about any compensation because what we booked is not what we stayed in, but the manager wasn't in until Monday (we checked in on Sat.) Absolutely loved the hotel, but they need to fix their hot water issues.

The room was spacious and clean. It was well apportioned and comfortable. Everything worked well and the facility was great. It appears that this was just converted from a Radisson to a Hilton. Very nice and I would definitely recommend it.

Beds were small breakfast wasnt quite what other hotels offer coffee was burnt most the time plus hidden fees when I arrived tha I had to pay for. Room didn’t have a coffee pot so it’s you have to make a trip down to the common area for drinks and no vending machine so over priced soda and food tha you can buy from the hotel itself
