I couldn't have had a better experience than staying for a night at the Henrietta Hotel. It's a beautiful place to stay, so close to the city centre. Lovely staff who kindly upgraded my room for me and even helped me fix a broken strap on my bag! The hotel is perfectly situated for Pulteney Bridge and is very close to the Roman Baths, Pump Room and all the other sights. I'll definitely stay here again 😀

Pros: An excellent central location with friendly staff. On site Parking was limited and a bit expensive, but the staff were great at pointing out alternatives, and everything we needed was within walking distance. Cons: The rooms were okay, but missing attention to detail. The bed wasn't very comfortable, there was no long mirror or vanity table in the main room (just a bathroom mirror over the sink), and small helpful details such as a bottle opener and a welcome information pack were missing. Overall: It was not the high standard of room I would normally expect from a boutique hotel, especially one affiliated with Radisson, but we had a tolerable stay in Bath in a good location, which suited the purpose of our visit.
