Breakfast at as awesome! Anything you would want was there. The bed is comfy and the room clean. Th only if hing I didn't like was the light in the room. There was no light over the suitcase caddy. That means when you are living out of a suitcase, you can't see to find anything. It is as very frustrating. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay.

The walls of the room were EXTREMELY thin. We could hear our neighbors conversations as if they were in the room with us. This was particularly unpleasant when they started being intimate around 1AM. The pool was closed but we were told we could use the neighboring hotel’s pool. On top of that, we were told AFTER completing our deposit at check in that there was a planned power outage from 10pm to 5am. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel in the desert. It should not have accepted reservations for that night. The room was so incredibly hot around midnight that I could not sleep. Pair that with all of the noise from our neighbors and everyone else near the check in desk because our room was on the first floor right beside the desk. We should’ve been told upon booking or at the very least days before so we could move hotels. We were also hiking the next day and couldn’t charge any of our devices. Yet we were still charged for a normal night stay. The shower floor was also so slippery I almost fell multiple times and I am a very in shape 30 year old woman. There are no treads or texture in the shower. Honestly this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had and I’m extremely upset I paid for it and was not notified in advance. Likely will not be using hotels.com to book again to ensure I am notified of such things beforehand

Staff was all friendly. Great breakfast with lots of options. Gluten-free available on request. Rooms are not well insulated. We could hear people and their hair dryer in the room next door and also anyone out in the hall. The bathroom had this odd 2-pc sliding door the was not aligned quite right and would not close all the way. Pool area was nice and had an incredible view.

This is a wonderful hotel! Great location and a really nice breakfast! The room was very comfortable with the exception of the bathroom barn doors. They were a little awkward and wouldn’t close properly. The pool area was very clean and was well enjoyed during this heatwave and a long day at the Park! I would highly recommend a stay here if you’re going to Zion Park!

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is very close to the park entrance, so we could easily take midday breaks. Lots of delicious food options nearby too, even within walking distance. The hotel breakfast was hearty and a nice way to start the day before hiking. The room was spacious, clean and really appreciated the large bathroom with double sinks. I would highly recommend this hotel to any friends visiting Zion.
