I had a pretty terrible experience here. The check-in process was a bit of a mess. They use an AI bot to communicate with you about check-in, which created confusion about the access codes for the property. The “highlight”’of this experience was that after I was settled into my room, after 8pm on the day of the stay, a couple was able to unlock my door using the access code that had been given to me (!) The staff gave the same access code to two different guests, which startled everyone involved. Aside from this “intrusion”, the bathroom smelled like mould. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you value peace of mind and a smooth check in, check out process, and of course your privacy.
