I was so pleasantly surprised by what was offered. I booked an overnight stay on my way to Sapporo. I had no experience with this chain and expected an average service/facility. For one night, I didn't mind. However, the staff were organised and welcoming. Unlike similar hotel chains, they had four lifts to take guests up and down. Everywhere was super clean. More importantly, the room was spacious and very comfortable. All facilities were new, and every item in the room was organised logically to make it easy to use. Overall, a very positive experience.

部屋が暑くエアコンは有るのに使えず窓もスタッフを呼ばないと開けられない…開けた後は客側で閉める事が出来るとの話しでしたがツマミ部分が小さく完全に閉める事が出来ない。夜間の雨で窓下も濡れ、早朝スタッフに閉めてもらいましたが閉めると暑い… 決して快適とは言えませんでした。 寒暖差が激しい時期に雨が重なった事も有りますが、窓の開閉をホテル側限定にする事は事故防止のためとして、せめてエアコンが使えれば良かったと思います。ホテルは新しく安価で利用出来たこと、スタッフの方も親切で対応も迅速で良かったと思います。
