We had a medical emergency needed to check out early and were charged by Hotels.com for the full stay. We were told by the hotel front desk, people that they would refund the rest of our stay and we were told by Hotels.com that they would refund the rest of our stay, but neither one of them has done it and they’re both saying it’s the other’s fault. Hotels.com is not taking responsibility for their customer service rep reps stating that this would be refunded.
