The heater/ ac did not work in my room it was unbearably hot as they put us on the third floor I left at 5am balling my eyes out I have three kids under 5 I was exhausted with no help from staff as there under remodel the pool area is being kept as there construction storage room making it dangerous the stairs and also under renovation as they tore carpet up they left the nail tracks on the steps as your walking careful you step on it it’ll go through your shoes there’s nails left everywhere it’s a hazard and just a sign I called ahead to ask about it said u have three small children and the least she could had done was say we are renovating or under construction Very unprofessional and I would have gone somewhere else

We booked a king room with jacuzzi tub (booked at least a month in advance) and was told at check in that the hot tub didn't work so we would have to get a different room. She said she called but a voicemail was never left on my phone, because I do not answer calls from numbers I do not know. Every single time I tried to call the hotel (to see about an early checkin), NOBODY ever answers-called multiple times. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The bed was uncomfortable, did not sleep well. Could not close the curtains so we got woken up to the daylight as soon as it hit. Horrible experience. Will never stay here again.

Worst stay ever. Had it not been non refundable I would’ve left after the first night. We checked in and after getting kids settled realized the room was less than clean and lacking in basic items such as bath towels. House keeping watched me set out wet towels and then proceed to still leave them after I mentioned something to the front desk. The breakfast was horrible. The pool area had construction materials and garbage all over in addition to a broken pool ladder. When the toilet clogged I was given a plunger to go up to the room with. The stairs were closed due to construction. The elevator and lobby bathroom both smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. Multiple times we needed an employee and they were difficult to find and ended up being in a corner on their phones. When I brought all of this to their attention at checkout I was told “you could’ve stayed somewhere else”.

The room was clean, but there was renovations happening so the stairs were not clean and signs saying to keep stairway doors closed at all times and the pool was closed. We also had to wait for breakfast. Even though we were there during breakfast hours we had to wait for any hot food to be available.

This hotel is under construction & should not be open to the public. Things not available or didn’t work: front doors, pool, no tv service, no coffee, no trash cans in room, no housekeeping service, shower curtain had no liner, stairwells used for construction storage making them unusable, dispensers in bathroom not installed etc.,. This stay was utterly atrocious.

Poor quality breakfast. Coffee was terrible apple juice was water, no service to keep items filled. Sausage was disgusting. Pool was closed and filled with construction items, room wasn’t super clean, bathtub is white but worn down to yellow in bottom, vanity was super dusty, dining room chairs are very worn and dirty. Toilet had to hold handle to flush.

Worst service I have ever encountered. Front desk was rude, disrespectful, and insulting. Glad we had this encounter before making our long term reservations as it would have been a mistake. Ended up unable to check in and took business elsewhere.
