Bathroom floor was dirty. Needed sweeping and cleaning behind the toilet. Old hairdryer did not work. Staff absent from desk often. Lobby seating area small. Parking lot shared one entry and exit - very narrow.

Breakfast looked rough, no plates, no utensils, etc. the door ways and set up was a bit rough. Pretty basic, all around. Room was decently clean however there was an old used soap bar molded to the counter that was just left there when we got our room. Bathroom is pretty cramped when trying to shut the door, but overall was okay. Beds were nice, firm, but fine. I was not notified of the required deposit in addition to the stay until arrival and informed after the fact it wouldn’t be reimbursed for an additional 5-7 days. Seemed shady about the communication piece of the reservation process. I do not think this room or stay was worth the $160 MAYBE half that. I will not be returning.

The pool was closed for repairs, just as it was when I stayed there three years ago. The rooms are clean.

Our stay was good. We were only there for one night. The breakfast was okay but would have preferred a couple more options and the coffee machine was broken. When my son went to take a shower the water would only come half out of the shower head, not fully. When we went to notify the staff at the desk I'm not sure if he didn't understand what I was telling him or he just didn't care so the rest of our family were unable to take showers while we were there. Other than that, the beds were comfortable and the TV had tons of channels.

Pool and hot tub out of service due to public health concerns ordered by public health. Hot breakfast wasn’t ready at 6:45am on a weekday. Juice machine was not on or working at 6:45 am. so only could have waffles water yogurt or bread/bagels but butter was frozen. Walls are super thin, was woken up by the person in the next room cause there alarm went off at 4:20, 5:20,5:30 and 5:35 am so this hotel I would not recommend

The room was filthy. There was mold and mildew around the toilet floors and the was open electrical wiring in the bathroom. Our room wasn’t cleaned and we were not provided new towels. There were bugs in the room. They did not advertise that the pool was closed and under construction. They emailed me at check i to tel me that. Our comforter had stains on them. The bathtub had rust Upon arrival no staff were available. Whenever staff were needed we could not find them. When i did requested a receipt upon checkout, they refunded to give me one.
