The breakfast was great! I also appreciated the free parking and parking attendants being there. It is close to the Toy Story parking lot, so you can get a free shuttle to Disneyland if you walk into that lot. I did not like the beds though. It was very hard, and it actually hurt me to sleep on it. Because of the uncomfortable beds, I will not be back.

It was fine. Good for the budget. We got the first floor which was convenient. If I had to go up to 2nd or 3rd floor I would have hated it as the boy elevator is hidden in a corner by the house keeping area. They have free breakfast. Not the best but not bad either. Good for saving if your family likes breakfast. The rooms were clean. Showered water pressure not great at all. Staff are nice. Parking no problem. All in all if I’m on a budget they are a good option. But if I can afford a little more I would go somewhere else.

We always stay here due to the proximity to the parents and being one block away from the Toy Story lot. This time accommodations weren’t attempted. They put my disabled husband on the 3rd floor even after we extended our stay an extra night. Parking is overfilled later in the evenings so park early and walk if you have to.

The property is due for an upgrade. The beds were lumpy and the flooring was in need of replacing or repair. Some of the vinyl plank was coming up and some was worn. The TV was a pain to use. Perhaps an external HDMI would be helpful like some of the Hilton Group hotels use in their rooms. The breakfast was adequate, the space noisy and crowed. The folks working in the breakfast room were great, but they were too busy with the shear number of folks using the space. Additionally, the hot water supply is unable to keep up with the morning rush to Disney. When I showered at 5:30AM it was great, by 7AM it was tepid at best. I think charging for parking and for breakfast is unfortunate, but probably necessary with a location so close to Disney. Good location that could do with some investing in upgrades and a little more TLC.

Parking lot was packed most days. Staff was friendly and answered all questions. Breakfast was good, biscuits and gravy kept me coming back, the kids loved the character waffles. The room was clean and organized. It states for long stays they will come clean every 3 days we stayed 7 and no one came and refreshed our room. We had to go down and get new towels. That was the only problem we had. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were a nice brand. Will stay again when in Anaheim.

I attend a yearly conference at the Anaheim Convention Center. I have previously stayed at the Ramada due to its convenient proximity to the convention center, basic comfort and cleanliness. Everything was fine until midnight of my second night when drainage water from rooms above me backed up into my bathroom sink and flooded my room. The hotel was fully booked and had no other room for me. The only thing they could do was get me a room in a sister property two miles away. I had to pack up, drive. to the other hotel and finally get to. bed past 2:00 AM. Barely got 3 to 4 hours of sleep before having to be at my conference by 7:30 AM. To his credit, the manager did offer me a two nights refund and gave me a room on the third floor for my last night. I like this hotel. I suppose that plumbing disasters can happen anywhere. I just wish that they would keep one or two rooms free for such eventualities. If I return to this property I will make sure to request a room on an upper floor.

The room was clean but the shower barely had running water in the bedroom and the living room bathroom shower head was broken. The door handles to each bedroom were broken and they barely worked. Staff was kind. Breakfast was as expected and parking was easy and quick.

Room was clean and spacious. It was comfortable and did not have any complaints as we all slept well. Breakfast was really good and yummy. It could be a bit crowded because it is served in a small conference style room, but our family was always able to find a table without issues. Parking was definitely tight but staff was helpful with moving cars that were on our way when needed to leave the facility. I will definitely be returning.

Room was immaculate, staff was great and they have a breakfast buffet. What else could you want? Well, if I’m being honest, it would’ve been cool if someone hadn’t tried to break into our truck while we were at Disneyland (our truck remained in the hotel parking lot), but I can’t hold the hotel responsible as it’s located on probably the busiest street in Anaheim and there is no onsite security. All in all, our experience was good, and the room was surprisingly affordable considering the proximity to Disneyland. Would stay again. Pro tip: Skip the walk AND the Disney shuttle and hop on the OCTA 43. It comes by every 15 minutes or so. It’s $2 for adults, kids are free, and it will drop you off right in front of the park. You’ll save a ton of time and there are far less people to contend with.
