Only one elevator worked in building, waiting for elevator took 5-7minutes every trip. Breakfast area was open 6:30-9:30; but the staff stopped replenishing food at 8:50, both mornings. By 9:10 no bagels, bread, pancake mix, eggs, sausage or fruit was available.

Room was filthy....the floors have not been cleaned in who knows how long. I went to shower, put on fresh socks and they turned black after walking around for even a second. The toliet paper roll was falling off of the wall in the bathroom. The sink had finger prints all over it. The reviews seemed back and forth, I won't be coming back.

Area is safe, hotel was OK. Definitely an old property that they have put some effort into such as new floors and furniture, but old stained carpets i the hall. Only 1 working elevator which was extremely slow. Gym did not require a key card for entry, so young children were coming in and playing on the machines without any supervision. Limited breakfast options. Peeling paint in the bathroom and pink mildew on the shower head.

Our room was adequate. The heating unit worked very well and relatively quietly. The flooring was in disrepair with several boards loose and chipped. The water temperature for showering was only lukewarm. The bathroom sink stopper did not work, There was no hair dryer. The breakfast was disappointing. It closed at 9:30, and we arrived at 8:45. Two of the main items were no longer available [sausage and biscuits]. There was much trash along the parking lot curbs. Based on our stay, the Hotels.com rating is too high.

For the price it was comfortable and quiet for one night. I was alone and saying that it would be tight quarters for two people. Bathroom very small with just enough room for a toilet and tub. Room was clean but there was a hairline crack along the tile in the tub area.

We come up for a half marathon race every spring and have stayed at this hotel the last two years (my friend the last 3). We’re pretty low maintenance and really just need a clean quiet place to sleep and shower. Last year this hotel was perfect for that. Unfortunately this year not so much. I don’t know if they’re in a transition with cleaning crew but it was pretty gross. The lobby floor was filthy and sticky and others checking in were quickly coming back to the desk because they were being sent to rooms that hadn’t been cleaned. Our room was made up but dirty. Dirty towels were left in the closet. There was trash and stains on the floor where previous guests had spilled something. The bedding also had stains on it. There was a dead bug on the ceiling and the vents in the bathroom were filthy. On top of that there were loud guests running around slamming doors and talking loudly past midnight. The staff was polite and nice but I will look for alternative options if we come back for the same race in future years.
