Layout of the property was very nice. Loved the two pool options and the outdoor opportunities (seating, cornhole, garden view). Any staff that we had interaction with was very friendly and helpful. Having 3 restaurants onsite is great!! Especially being directly on the beach. Going off site isn’t needed which makes for extra relaxation.

Yes. Very welcoming to our 2 pets. Gave us an upgrade to a suite which was really nice. The room was a tad out dated but couch and bed very comfortable. Air conditioning worked great however the seal to the front door was missing and we heard wind noise from the windy conditions. Our room had a fantastic view of the gorgeous white sandy beaches and crystal blue water. This place is just gorgeous. The room was very clean and had plenty of towels and upgraded soaps, shampoo, conditioner and skin lotion. Overall, very nice and the young gentleman that checked us in was very nice and friendly. Made you feel welcome.

After reading the reviews I was a little hesitant on staying here but it was everything we were looking for so I bit the bullet.. Here’s my honest review.. First off the hotel is older the common areas are beautiful and Kathy at the front desk was fabulous! We got a room on the gulf side with a beautiful view. The room itself is dated they did “remodel” however it still shows its age. Room service only comes every other day of your stay for whatever reason they didn’t come the day before our last day and we needed towels and toilet paper. I asked for someone to come and no one did unfortunately so I do feel there is some need for some customer service improvement. The pool closest to the hot tub is supposed to be to be heated and it most definitely isn’t. Both pools were pretty cold. There are large games also for the kids to play and lots of sitting areas. There are two restaurants on site and we did order from both of them one did put our order thru multiple times so just make sure that dosent happen to you. This hotel has its own access to the beach, chairs are available for rent ($50 a day) there is a resort fee of $100 that includes parking and a $25 food credit per day except the day you leave. Overall this place was good for our trip. We all had a great time!

Breakfast was good but there was no variety from day to day. Same options all the time. Pizza was very good from the bar! Bathroom in the room was very tiny and cramped. Some staff were very friendly and others were just mediocre. At times some staff seems very disorganized. Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. Hallways and stairs could have been cleaner. Same straw wrapper laid on the steps the entire time we were there. Heated pool would have been nice, it was too cold even on hot days to go in. Hot tub was very nice. Beach was beautiful. Overall was an ok stay for the price. Not sure if I would stay there again though with all the other options in the same area. Nothing stood out as a must do again other than the beach.

Room was clean but slightly dates. Gulf view was beautiful. Staff from the front desk and dining were kind and polite. Breakfast came with our booking and all were delicious and fresh. I appreciate the play kid area outside the dining room. Good for toddlers.

Whole place is very clean and the view of the beach from the balcony is picture perfect. Great location with short walk to the boardwalk was nice. The bar and restaurant were both great and the pizza rocked!
