The room size was great, the beds and air conditioner worked well. I found the facility well maintained and customer service great. The location is terrific and close to shops and the MTR station. The only draw back when we went in March was that their pool was undergoing maintenance. The pool looked fine when we checked it out but was only open the day after we checked out.

View was average but room was very clean and modern. Large enough for family of 4 and I believe we were put on the same floor as other families, although we couldn’t hear them from our room. Hotel doesn’t have a bar not coworking space so not great if you’re expecting to do a little work. Gym and pool looked good and it’s very conveniently located within a huge shopping centre and station, the café adjacent is open early and serves an excellent HK cafe menu.
