Resort area and beach access was amazing; definitely worth the price of admission. Room floor was pretty dirty, bugs crawling around the corners of the room. The walls are PAPER thin; could hear the people next to us and their television at night. Could also smell the horrible broccoli that they were cooking one night. Will probably not book here again

Wonderful resort! Lovely people, beach, facilities, and activities. Easy parking and great location for adventures on the south side of the island. If you're booking a guest room (vs studio or suite), be aware there is no kitchenette or w/d. There is a small mini-fridge only. But our room location was awesome on the ground floor next to the pool (7106).

It is a late check it 4pm and early check out 10am non negotiable. Expensive in every way. The room did not have a kitchenette but it was quiet. One cold pool that is chill, another pool by the beach crowded and noisy. Food was ok. Beach is surreal… the location is perfect. I wasn’t mad at it but I’ll consider elsewhere next time.

Our stay at the Sheraton was awesome. We had a great room on the ground floor right next to the parking lot to start when we checked in late. We were able to check in late at past midnight which was very nice. The accommodations in the morning were awesome because they let us stay and enjoy the resort for the rest of the day. We enjoyed the pool and the beach and we’re even able to watch the NFL playoff game overall very surprising beautiful beachfront resort great beach good for boogie boarding and the pool was very relaxing.

The pool was so nice and so close the beach! The staff was so nice and the concierge staff literally saved our vacation by helping us book new activities after our original plans got cancelled. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this location.

Really loved the Resort-great room/bed, beautiful hotel, fantastic location. However, upon checking in, there were tiny bugs on the bathroom vanity. We didn't want to complain-I mean, who wants to complain on a wonderful trip to Kauai?? However, the last day the bugs were all over- in the kitchen, bathroom and also on my laptop on the bed. I called to tell the manager and told her of the issue. Then, upon checking out, I spoke in person to her in person, asking for some sort of compensation. Her response: since we didn't tell her of the bug problem sooner during our stay, we weren't entitled to any sort of compensation. This is the first time I've heard of being "penalized" for NOT complaining. Seriously? Lesson learned!
