The staff was the highlight of the experience. The front desk lady was so very kind , friendly, patient and accommodating without hesitation. Pool was clean and open late which allowed my daughter to enjoy after arriving around 9pm. 12pm checkout time was an awesome bonus and they even allowed us an extra 30 min upon requesting. Room was cozy and glad they had fridge/microwave .Very grateful for staff and experience as a whole.

Everything was pretty nice for us, it was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only thing I have to complain about is the pillows that were in our room were not comfortable for us, they were very fluffy and soft, we felt like they provided no support so we had trouble falling asleep. Room was fine although it was somewhat small clean ,updated, comfortable. Its a former hampton property . They did however dumb down the breakfast nothing hot ..cereal muffins etc . Then we had to speak with the front desk about the hot water .. shower the first day was lukewarm. Guess someone forgot to open the return valve.. overall it was fine because we didnt spend much time in the room.. especially fornthe price. Would maybe stay again depending on what the other hotels in the area offer. Holiday inn express and fairfield right up the street

I was so very disappointed in Spark. The information provided by Hotels.com was not accurate - one example being the lack of electric vehicle charging even though it was advertised that it was available. Another was the lack of amenities - no ice buckets or in-room coffee, and the hot breakfast was a joke. The few items offered were all cold, and the staff blamed this on Hilton. But the worst thing about the hotel was it's lack of cleanliness - trash on the floors and in the elevator . . . it was just plain nasty.

The room was missing the refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer and coffee pot. I informed the front desk and they made a note of it, didn’t offer any equipment. The shower didn’t drain well enough to keep the bathroom from flooding. Informed the front desk, asked for another functional room and they said they were all booked up. The parking lot was only 1/2 full, maybe all of the functional rooms were booked up. They gave us some extra towels so we didn’t slip and fall in the bathroom. The place was recently remodeled, looks like they didn’t really finish and are not paying attention to quality at all.
