The breakfast was ok, but not great. The rooms were clean. We were on the 3rd floor. There's only one elevator and it was slow, so we used the stairs a lot. The room keys didn't work most of the time. We had to go back down to the front desk and ask for new keys almost every time we tried to get into our room. My son and his family were in the room next to ours and they had the same problem with room keys. The stairs were nice and we all got lots of exercise during our 2 night visit.

The room had several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The bathroom ceiling was bulging from what appeared to be a water leak and would drip after shower use. The tub did not drain properly, and the surface finish looked worn or damaged. The TV cord plate was hanging off the wall, which gave an unsafe and unfinished appearance. There was paint on the carpet, and the entryway floor was noticeably dirty. Overall, the condition of the room was disappointing and not well maintained.

Rent och fin. Bra sängar. Inget i gymmet fungerade under hela vistelsen på 5 nätter och det var rätt kallt i poolen. Det var riktigt dåligt. Frukosten typiskt amerikanskt. Inte alls bra med svenska mått mätt.

$90! Night is not a motel 6.... not impressed. Automatic doors were broken you had to manually open them and they were HEAVY!!! While juggling your suitcases and other items. Meanwhile is below 0 outside. My first room 208 was not cleaned when I arrived (after 3pm) and 211 was not much better. Photos are of 211. Paint everywhere, stains on couches and chairs, open bar of soap in the bathroom shower, dust everywhere. I think they are "trying" to update but looks like they hired 5 year olds to do the painting and tiling. If you are of any bit plus size, I do not recommend the bathrooms. The door hits the shower and there is no room to get ready. Housekeeping interrupted 2 of my video calls..... kept knocking and its only 1030 not 11! Front desk staff was apologetic offered a discount on my next stay. Do not think I would return.

The blanket had a slight blood streak noticeable, the sheets had lint and hair . King size bed. Staff was nice , helpful. They are remodeling but that has nothing to do with lazy housekeeping.

It would have been nice to know before booking that the hotel was under renovations. It was all torn up, metal things sticking up on the floor, terrible tripping hazards, no tables to sit at to eat breakfast.

We booked the 1-night stay at this hotel in deep winter of North Dakota, but had no way to know in advance that they were in the middle of remodeling. Entire building was filled with thick smell of fresh paint, which hurt the throats/lungs so bad that the moment we got into the room we had to open the window and stood against the freezing but fresh air while speaking to Expedia agents for an alternative solution. The front desk would only switch room for us which did not solve the issue, but the first Expedia agent (who would only be referred by his first name Rex) seemed very comfortable to accept whatever the front desk had to offer and claimed Expedia could not do anything else! Spoke to a different agent and she kindly offered to further working with the hotel management after we chose to cancel and looked for a different hotel. Fingers crossed!

Front desk people were friendly enough. Hard to hear them because Hotel is under construction. Loud and dusty. The rooms are older. Stained carpets. Dirty toilet rim and spots on mirror in bathroom so it doesn’t feel clean. Both side access doors t hotel are not working (broken key card readers) so you must enter into the construction zone. The bed was very comfortable which is most important. Had I known these things I would have stayed elsewhere.
