It was the worst. There was loud music outside the window all night, the staff did nothing about it. The toilet was broke, the staff did nothing. When a new room was request they said they could not accommodate, because the manager was not there. We were told we had to”catch the manager because she did not come in at a scheduled time. I left a message for her to call me, she never followed up. When we were preparing to leave the cleaning staff came in took our food, beverages and personal objects that we were packing in the car and said they thought we left. We had not checked out or turned in keys. As a matter of fact we still had a day on our reservation. Very poor quality hotel for such a nice city.

General feeling of neglect. Terrible elevator. Toilet seat and faucet both loose. DoorDash trash in halls. Faulty thermostat. Simultaneous maid service with linens on floor up and down the hall and multiple doors propped open with hangers that scratched the paint on every door.
