I personally prefer inside access to my hotel rooms when I travel, but these were outside access more like a large motel. Pool area was nice, but there were SEVERAL furnishing items placed all over the outside of the property because of an apparent update they are going through. Bed was very comfortable in my opinion. Breakfast was typical, but included and appreciated. Some creepy older lady (assuming a hotel guest) was very intrusive and overly interested in my 4 year old daughter while we were at the pool. Had to get the kids out and was ready to become physically defensive toward her. Fortunately, we were very observant and were steps ahead of her. Crazy old coot started chanting and saying something as we were walking out. Keep your kids safe! Major tourist area!

We stayed 3 nights. I was here for a work trip (comic con vendor) and brought my son (4yo). My son had just been couped up in the car for 7 hours and was a ball of energy, the check in employee was incredibly patient. He was even more patient when I locked myself out of the room a mere hour later. Room looked great and very good price!

We stayed here based on previous good reviews, however they must have stayed somewhere else. The room was dirty- we had to remove spiders, flys and bugs daily; there were dirty clothes left from previous occupants between the mattress and the wall; and the carpet was nasty. The WiFi was slow and intermittent in the room, but worked well from two blocks away. Loud trash pick up or construction started before 7am every morning. There was an overwhelming smell of pot, but that’s an issue most places you stay. The breakfast and coffee were great and the pool looked nice. Also, we paid for an upgraded room but were informed when we got there they did not save one for us, however they would not refund the upgrade fee, and told us to contact Hotels.com. We did, but Hotels.com was less than helpful and we had to eat the extra cost. Will not use them again for a long, long time, if ever and we will never stay at an Econolodge again. You get what you pay for, however this place is not worth the cost.

The breakfast was subpar, was hard to get a turn in the hot tub due to people hanging out in it drinking alcohol for long periods of time, rented 2 rooms that were supposed to be adjoined they were not and was 4 rooms apart. Very displeased

We had an interior room which overlooked the indoor pool and hot tub area. If these room had extra soundproofing within the doors or something I don’t think it would’ve been to bad. We went to sleep and woke up to all sorts of noice coming from the pool area. Very loud. Breakfast was okay.

Lobby,dining,outdoor areas are beautiful, pool & hot tub are great! Includes a small, shallow pool on upper level, separate from the large pool for the little ones. Pool area smelled very strongly of chemicals so were unable to spend too much time enjoying the hot tub after our long travels because our eyes were burning too badly. Maybe if one of the exterior doors was propped to vent the area it would have been tolerable. The hotel is currently going through a complete remodel, however our room was not one that had been done yet. It sounded like they were working in either the unit above or next to ours, but construction ended plenty early and didn’t start until late enough in the morning to allow everyone time to sleep. From the items being discarded and piled in the lot out back, the units will receive all new furnishings, including mattresses, tile flooring, heat-A/C units, the works! The new beds are needed…I’ve slept on worse, but the mattresses were hard, lumpy and the springs were loud every time one of us moved. Hopefully the new beds correct that. The “connected” room next to ours had a group of really loud girls, sounded like a dance party going on next door until after 11pm, making it difficult for my family to fall asleep, but after a long day of driving we were too tired to ask to move rooms. Breakfast included biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage links, toast, bagels, instant oatmeal & selection of mix-in’s, cold cereal, yogurt, bananas, juice, coffee, tea

Clean roomThey put us pool side when I didn’t want pool side and it was very loud and hard to get to my autistic toddler asleep and for the adults to sleep too I asked for a city view room and they said they didn’t have any and couldn’t switch me if they did They had people on that side so I know it was a lie. It was fine. Worked for us for a 2 night stay. Right on the main strip, maybe too close to the road. The hotel is under going renovations, and our room looked half done? New furniture, but bathroom/sink area was in progress. Overall clean.

Room was clean. You can hear everything outside and noise on other rooms. Easy to access the lobby and breakfast room. WiFi was weak. Also WiFi was easy to acccess by anyone, no password required or room number to access the WiFi and if cell signal was needed the signal was weak in the room and the area of Pigeon Forge. People in the area were nice and friendly. Love pigeon forge.

My Husband and kids stayed 2 nights. The pool was nice. The breakfast was good, we ate every morning. Had a river behind with ducks my son loved to look at. My kids 8 and 15 loved the pool. Sports travel teams were there but seemed quiet. No negatives. Will stay again.
