cleanliness and good staff but unfortunately the air conditioning unit was so loud… we can’t sleep because of this. it was so inconvenient specially for those people who need to rest and getting up early. it will not be comfortable if we cannot use the air condition.

Door didnot fit, big crack around the edges. Lock didnot work very good. Shower had no volume of water, barely enough to get wet little alone have a relaxing shower. Pillows very lumpy and called down and they didn't have any spare or extra pillows. Did not get the amount of what the room was advertised for. Not impressed will not book through expedia again.

You get what you pay for - moderate price for moderate accomidations. Busy long weekend , the hotel was sold out. But our room was quiet, clean bed was SOO comfy. Pool was tiny but gkids spent hours on the waterslide and had fun, it could have used a clean up . Breakfast room was tiny and packed, started out with 2 waffle makers, one broke so hug e lineups for the continental breakfast . People breathing and coughing all over the food, think thats where I caught the flu. They should use the huge restaurant area for breakfast .

The hotel is old and run down. The pool is ok. the hot tub was hot but the jets don't work. The slide was ok. The breakfast room was very small and had cereal, toast, bagels, waffles and boiled eggs. The elevator did not stop anyone from going wherever they pleased.. so.. homeleas people, drug dealers and other interesting people could go and do whatever they pleased. That does not work for an hotel with so many children present.

Breakfast was lame , not much offered , lots of waiting time to sit and eat , hot tub was tepid, could have bathed a new born it was that cold , the jets didn’t work at all and only two on the side the second night but was warmer, the rooms were clean and comfortable , was on the 5th floor so was quiet

It is obvious this jotelnis run down but the owners have no intention of doing much needed upkeep. They are just milking the property dry. Stained carpets, dark stains on bathtub, shower head leaking and almost falling off cigarette burn marks on the table. As if this wasnt enough to convince you never to return the free breakfast would. It consisted of toast, cereal and waffles. And the breakfast lady was sure to let you know you will only have 1 waffle per person. No fruit, eggs or yogurt as you would find at a standard hotel. I will not suggest this hotel to anyone nor will i stay there again.
