Our stay was lovely. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. My only complaint would be that the cleaner did not clean our room everyday even though this was requested. And on the final day she knocked at our door at 11.50. 10 minutes before check out time of 12 to essentially kick us out the room to clean, which was ironic and a bit rude.

Really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The walk to the tram stations is manageable normally, but dragging a heavy suitcase through snow and ice made it feel longer than it actually is. The staff at check in were excellent. Kate at the reception desk deserves a mention because she was incredibly friendly and genuine. Honestly, she’s the main reason I’m giving 5 stars. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Amsterdam.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Rooms: We had a normal double. The room was nice and spacious, the only bad thing about the room was the yellow-ish sink that could do with a bit of scrubbing. Accessibility: The hotel is accessible to the tram, 9 mins away to get the 2 changes tram to the city centre or there’s a bus aswell I believe. We did had a few ubers since it was a few of us. Facilities: Please make sure you buy bottled water from the shop, they sell their big water for £8.50 (complete joke) and £3.50 for the small one. You then have to pay £20.00 for a European connector as they don’t lend it to the guest. Breakfast: The lady who checks in the guest for breakfast is really nice, always the same energy every morning, the rest of the breakfast staff are really nice and very helpful too.
