The room was pretty out-of-date and showed lots of wear-and-tear, but the beds were extremely comfy! The hotel is in a great location in downtown Sioux Falls and made walking to breweries and restaurants super easy. Super small parking lot but received a voucher to park next door, which was super easy and convenient. Overall not a bad place to stay on a budget.

Parking is tight but close to building, trucks are too big to fit. The area is revitalized original down town, right on a river walk which is stunning. A room overlooking the river is what you want to ask for. Pool and hot tub, very nice breakfast, mostly quiet hotel. In the process of doing property updates… hopefully changing the mattress in room 228 will be done before you stay there! Price was reasonable and hotel felt safe even though it has plenty of urban walkers going bye.
