When we got there was no one at the front desk, just a person at a kiosk that was very hard to understand. I booked a king room and was given a double queen. When I questioned this the mystery man hiding behind the screen more or less told me the king wasn’t available and to pound salt. Our family checked in the next day and magically one was available and they got it. Going to the room when walking up the center steps, I almost fell. One of the steps was loose and tipped forward ,causing a very unsafe condition. When I got to the room the dead bolt didn’t work and you could smell someone was smoking pot in there before we stayed. One of the interior doors didn’t lock very well but I got it to work. I would have left but the area was booked up for graduation and there wasn’t any available. The morning breakfast consisted of burnt eggs and dried up sausage with a few muffins. There would have been pancakes but that machine was broken. Please do not stay here if your safety or customer service matters to you.

the room was fine. the grounds were covered in ant piles. my kid stepped in a bunch. there was no staff on premises for the front desk making simple tasks way harder than need be. everything was done through a robot and was very inconvenient. i will never be back.

Overall the place is pretty run down. It was somewhat clean for what the building is but the lamp shade had mold or some sort of black spots on it and the room smelled faintly of cigarettes even tho it was a non smoking room. No coffee in the morning for the free breakfast and very limited options available. Also our room keys stopped working twice and had to get them replaced.

Everything was fine except the check in and front desk experience. You do not get to talk to a person face to face, you talk to a person through a computer screen. I don't even know for sure if the computer screen person was actually on property. I didn't like it at all. Just be aware. It was a very cold experience.

Absolutely disgusting! No one was managing the property in person. The person on ten kiosk was friendly and offered me “the best room available.” There was a bed bug spotted after my daughter laid down in the bed. We ran out of the room less than an hour after our late arrival. We were told we could get another room a few rooms down from our first room. I demanded a refund so we could find a cleaner and safer place to stay. The parking lot was dark and there was a group of men straggling outside. It seemed like a very sketchy establishment where families did not belong. I was issued a refund thankfully but I discourage anyone from staying here when going to graduation at the MCRD.
