We have stayed there many times some for our casino trips and other when my love is in the hospital.. It’s ALWAYS wonderfully clean , great staff and I know Its a safe environment when traveling alone. The breakfast is excellent , just can’t wait for the construction to be completed and see what the new look looks like! Great job Hyatt!

The public areas on the first floor were under major renovation. The check in area was a construction jobsite. There was no warning of this on the Hotels.com website. Hotels.com should do better. That said, once over the shock of checking in onto a construction site the staff was great. Very accommodating, friendly and professional. Outside of the construction work the hotel was excellent and we had a nice stay.
