The staff were so friendly. I lost my keys and they went out of their way to track me down. The kayaks were so fun to use! It was the perfect location across from the beach and walking access to different shopping areas and restaurants.

It a good budget hotel. Need better room cleaning. Floors were dirty on the vinyl floors. But they definitely offer free use of kayaks and paddle boards and bicycles at no charge. We went after spring break so it was still a little early on their season so it wasn’t too crowded on their small beach, but they’re swimming pool was kept a little too cold for us to swim.

The Taj Mahal it is not. It is a dated building but a great location. The view is amazing and no hotel is closer to the beaches, bars and shopping. The free rentals are an amazing value if the weather is cooperating. The bed only actual complaint is the mattresses are some of the worse I’ve ever slept on. I wish the pool were heated. Breakfast lady is amazing!! All the staff we interacted with seemed genuinely grateful to have us there, not just putting on a happy face. This was our second year here for spring break, so whatever the minor downfalls are, its overall value is great. Although we didn’t bring our dogs, we found it to be pet friendly and lots of friendly pets were there. Bottom line, if you are looking for a budget friendly hotel within walking distance of the beaches and bars, this place is great!!

We were able to get one of the last rooms after leaving our original destination due to poor conditions. I'm glad we did. The staff here was amazing, the rooms were great. The property was clean and right on the the water. They had such a fun area for swimming, playing, or sitting by the fire. Highly recommend!!

Mandy and Elizabet were both extremely friendly and helpful! We were unable to stay the last night of our stay and Mandy took care of it! Dining room was very boutique and clean! Property could use a slight improvement, as fresh paint to stairwells, but location was wonderful!!!

Let me start by saying that I have stayed at this property at least 10 times over the last 20 years. This is the first time I have ever been unhappy about our stay here. We had 2 rooms and both of them were disgustingly dirty. There was sand in all 4 beds, black mold in both bathrooms and cockroaches in one of the rooms. The area by the pool was dirty and full of cigarette and cigar butts around the fire pit. Unless some serious changes are made, we will not return!

I booked for 2 nights because of the ocndition of the motel not ‘Hotel’ I left the same night Pictures were not even uploaded of the front of motel! all pictures around were posted so its kind of fake rust everywhere in the room microwave so old need a new one lights, landline ac not working I have a toddler could not stay

Kelly at the front desk was amazing! So nice, informative & accommodating. We LOVED the bikes that were available; it made the higher price worth it. We will definitely be back!

Floor was so dirty my granddaughters had black feet, there was dirt under the bed, the walls had splatters of brown stuff. The towels had hair that weren’t ours. The staff gave me the runaround about towels. The breakfast was not good. I will never stay there again even if it was free

Breakfast was great. Super helpful staff. This was a perfectly placed property adjacent to the Pensacola Public Beach. Has a great bayside private beach. Enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards free to the guest! My pup was the star of the trip and got pets and treats! Best trip and much needed.
